I’ve led IT M&A and transformation work on high-value deals across France and other countries simultaneously—working both as a consultant and within top-tier investment banks. I speak fluent finance and tech, and I deliver strategy plus execution. No fluff, no recycled frameworks—just real impact.
3. Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
I’m based in Paris, but I work with clients across Europe and internationally. I offer remote and hybrid project support depending on your needs—I've successfully delivered work for clients in France, Belgium, the UK, the US and north Africa including Egypt and Morroco.
8. What’s your pricing structure?
Project pricing is based on scope, complexity, and timeline. I offer both fixed-fee packages and daily rates depending on the engagement type. We’ll discuss everything transparently before starting.
4. Do you only take on full-scale projects?
Not necessarily. I support both long-term integration projects and shorter engagements such as due diligence, or separation assessments or PMO ramp-ups. Book a discovery call and we’ll define what makes sense for your case.
5. How soon can you start?
It depends on my current client pipeline. If you're facing an urgent need, I can typically accommodate discovery and scoping sessions within a few days, and project delivery shortly after.
9. Can we see examples of past work?
Due to the confidential nature of M&A and IT strategy engagements, client materials are not publicly shared.
